Exhibitor Related Policies:

• Exhibitors will be professional and respectful of attendees, other exhibitors, and the hotel and conference staff.
  
• Exhibitors must register and pay for each representative who will be on-site, above the allotted amount.
  
• Swapping or limited substitution of name badges is prohibited.
  
• Exhibitors may provide a door prizes to conference attendees; this is not a requirement. We will distribute door prizes on Tuesday morning.
