Exhibitors and conference attendees will mix and mingle during breakfast, and two 30-minute refreshers held in the Exhibit Hall. In addition, exhibitors will interact with attendees during lunch and the evening reception.

Included with an Exhibit Booth:

- Six-foot table with tablecloth

- Registration for one company representative

- Electricity, if requested
- One pre-conference registration list sent 30 days prior to the conference
- One post-conference registration list sent within one week after the conference
- Company name and 50-word description in the Program Guide
- Opportunity to purchase registration for additional company representatives
Exhibitor Related Policies:
- Exhibitors will be professional and respectful of attendees, other exhibitors, and the hotel and conference staff.
- Exhibitors must register and pay for each representative who will be on-site, above the allotted amount.
- Swapping or limited substitution of name badges is prohibited.
- Exhibitors may provide a door prize to conference attendees; this is not a requirement. We will distribute door prizes on Tuesday morning, following breakfast.
The Fall Conference will be held at The Hilton Norfolk The Main - 100 E. Main St, Norfolk, VA 23510. Hotel Reservations can be made online or by calling 757-763-6200 on or before August 31, 2024.
